Ordering
You order photos using the reference and password issued on your school photo proof slip, or by scanning the QR code on it. Each reference gives access to the photos taken at your session; you're responsible for keeping your reference and password private. You must have the legal authority to use any payment method you provide, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including after payment, if something looks wrong.
Payment
Prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by card at the time of order. We do not store your full card details — payment is processed by our payment provider. We don't guarantee that pricing, descriptions, or product availability shown in the shop are always error-free, and we may correct genuine errors without notice.
Delivery
Printed products are dispatched by post and usually arrive within 5–7 working days of payment. Digital downloads unlock as soon as payment is confirmed.
Refunds and cancellations
If a printed order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a reprint or refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition; refund processing typically takes around 21 days. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, as the content is delivered immediately, but we'll replace a digital file that's genuinely corrupted or damaged.
Photo previews and image protection
Preview images shown before purchase are watermarked and access-controlled. They're provided so you can identify and choose your photos, not for use before purchase. Full-resolution, unwatermarked images are only released once an order for that photo is paid for.
Content you provide
If you upload or submit content to us (for example, a support enquiry or an image edit request), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose you provided it — you keep ownership of it.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. We may suspend or terminate an account, without notice, if we reasonably believe it's being misused.
Liability
We aim to make every product accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screen previews and printed products. The shop is provided on an "as is" basis; we're not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, or losses beyond the value of your order, except where the law does not allow us to limit our liability (for example, for death, personal injury, or fraud).
Your data
How we collect, use, retain, and delete your personal data — including when you delete your account — is described in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
